ib_write_bw, ib_read_bw and ib_send_bw told me "Conflicting CPU frequency values detected: 1200.000000 != 2901.000000"

When I run ib_write_bw, I got the error message as this:

Can't produce a report

Then I add “-F” to the command, and it still gave me waring, but I could get result about 3600MB/s.

My device is 40Gb/s. Do you think the test result is normal? Could someone give some help?
