Hi!
Did you try flint command with switch dc to extract ini configuration your Dell Infiniband HCA?
Below is tiny step.
01. You must extract *.ini from your Dell HCA with flint & dc switch.
02. Download tarball firmware that include binary file on Mellanox firmware section.
03. You can build custom firmware with *.ini + binary via mlxburn
